Is there a way so that the initial section (normally includes warning, company information) of the movie can be edited so that this section can be fast forward or even adding chapters which shown on the VCR "Next".

You can split the cell where the movie actually starts and add a program to the new splitted cell below. This way you press Next on your remote to skip right to the movie.
