DVD empty after converting and burning? Help

ConvertXtoDVD 2.2.3.258 worked fine till a couple of weeks ago. Now I convert a AVI to a playable DVD. Converting works fine, according to the programinfo the burning also. At the end I get the message that peration is completed and the DVD is ejected automatic. When I try to play the DVD in a DVD player nothings happens, on a other one the message Disc error is stated. Back in my PC, I see that nothing is on the disc, No vidoe or audio map (like normal in explorer). Any help is appreciated.

I now see in the log file just after starting the burning, the message: "write error at 1520 (16) code 040300 hardware error"
