Good day, I have a problem where convertx has burned the movie and ejected the DVD, when I view the DVD, the movie is not finished. The quality and sound are perfect. I am using Maxell DVD-R 4.7 G. What amI doing wrong ?

I have my error report but do not know how to copy it to here. I tried right clicking , and Cont+C, Cont+V, I have tried print screen, I have seen guys here post the error message. I will keep it minimized til I hear back from you. Thanks, and happy new year. Any help would be appreciated. I am new at this but growing very tired of making coasters. Thank you

I can tell you I am using Windows XP, with a 250G SATA HD, and AMD Dual core CPU


the error I am getting is

write error at 541936(16) - Code 05 a8 03 (illegal request )
