i downloaded a game from the net,it says that i should mount and then install by using daemon tools. No guidelines on how to do it tho, i'm a complete novice, can anyone help me please ?

What file format is the game in? Like you said, install Daemon Tools. There should be a tray icon on the lower right corner. Right-click on it and create as many virtual drives you want; usually 1 is enough. You will see a new logical drive letter in Explorer. Mount the image file with Daemon Tools and play.
