Hi all,
I am burning DVD movie images (4.7gb) using an LG GSA-H62N Super Multi burner that is rated to burn DVD+R at 18x. However, it consistently takes me 35-40 minutes to burn a DVD image using Nero7.
Specs:
Motherboard: Abit IP35-E, P35 chipset
CPU: Intel E6550 C2D
RAM: 4gigs
OS: WinXP
Drive: LG GSA-H62N SATA

I'm not sure of the firmware, and I am using sub-par media, but even with my verbatim DVD+R's, it would take me over half an hour to burn an image.
Can someone please help me out with suggestions of what I can do to fix this? It's become a huge pain!
Thanks,

Peter
