hello, i'm matty and I got a problem Sad

I get from any film i try to convert a log it's say
the .... that you're trying to convert are not supported or no A/V

sorry for my bad english i'm belgian :p
help me plz:)

Try re-downloading installation package, there was bad version of installer in some cases.
