I got this error when I tries to burn a merged DVD with "Export DVD", then selected Drive F: (my Sony DVD DL burner).

I have Options/Format/DVD Tree/Tree Size at "Custom 8540Mb"

When I send it to folder on the hard drive, it plays beautifully--I get the 2 disc menu, everything works wonderful. Of course, I send it to the VIDEO_TS folder.

Any help would be appreciated!

Do not export to the DVD burner, it will not work. DvdRemake Pro is not designed to export to a burner; besides, it does not have a burning engine. Exporting to HD is correct. From there, use any burning application to burn away.

Also, you don't have to set custom size. Let it export everything. If the output is more than a DL, then use some app to compress it down to fit to a DL.

btw, what is this attachment in your post for?

Just a little gif I found on the net. I remember nixie tubes; they were used in calculators and computers before seven-segment LCDs.

BTW, what burning engine do you recommend? Will Nero work?

While I appreciate the animated gif, it has nothing to do with DvdReMake. So please edit your first post and remove the attachment.

I don't know how well Nero burn DL DVD, but Imgburn is the most recommended in burning DL and it's free. Always use Verbatim DVD+R DL as it's the most reliable. Other brands are a hit or miss.
