Is anyone else having a problem with the latest download 3.9_1.05? I downloaded and installed it and now I can't get the program to open after clicking on the icon. Does anyone have a fix ???
I have uninstalled and reinstalled the program with no luck...help!!!
It seems that it is not downloading the entire file it says that the file is 5.14mb and it only downloads 5.12 mb when the screen pops up to run the update ???

Hi SK3521. I just now downlaoded and installed this version with no problem whatsoever. I saved it to desktop and ran from there. Give that a try. Is the problem that the program won't open , or won't activate?

Hmmm.... Ok .. now I think I see that problem. It downloaded fine and installed fine. Activated ok , and opened the first time to the right page. Closed that and now it does not open I went in to program files and opened using the ICOn there. and got the below error message

OS: WIndows XP Professional, SP2
CPU: GenuineIntel, INtel Pentium 4. MMX @ 0 Mhz


Seems there is indeed a problem with this version

I uninstalled this version and reinstalled the previous one and works fine. Sk if you have that version just install it. If not send me your email and I will send it to you.

yes I have the same problem also the program installs and activates but will not open... he has been notified and now there is a new version 39_108 and its working fine the problem seems to be resolved!! Wink

Excellent Just pulled it in and worked just fine. Sent an email to digi thanking him for the quick work!
