I am having some issues trying to burn.. or at least I think thats where my problems are starting.. I have the newest version (3.9? I think) and it seems to rip the dvd's just fine. I set up my temp folder on my desktop and when the dvd is done ripping, I see the audio/video files in side the folder. After all is ripped, I place a blank dvd (Magnavox DVD+R) and set it to burn on the slowest setting. When the software is done burning, or so it says, the box pops up saying complete and it ejects the newly "burnt" DVD.. I immediately put the dvd back into my laptop to test that it worked, and it is a blank dvd.. and XP wont recognize it as anything other than blank media.. whats going on? I have a friend who loves this software and so I bought it.. so far, this sucks! Any Ideas? If I could get this software to work it would be great.. very user friendly interface and small on my HD..If only it would work =(

first,you probably should be saving your processed movies to a folder right on the top of C drive. I have had trouble with having the destination folder to deep in the file system.

what do you have your settings set for?

take a look at my screen shots and see if it is similar to what you have
