Soooooo slow

Is there any way I can get my Convertxtodvd to go any faster? It has taken almost 3 hours to burn 4hours of DVD. Is this the norm please anyone?

Hi,

Please profile a full burn log.

Maybe your in PIO Mode, which is why it took for ever to burn.

Something is wrong; burning full DVD with 1x speed should take no more than 2 hours.
Your system is slowing badly when it can't burn even at 1x.
Conversion time is not taken in this time of course.

I'm having the same problem. SO slow. Where it normally takes a few hours it is taking 24 hours to convert and burn a DVD. My IDE settings are good. So I can't figure out why all of a sudden it's taking soooo long.

24 hours?

Something is definately wrong with your system unless you are using PII to convert or your computer is under heavy load all the time.
Without log it is impossible to say.
