I dont know if this has been posted or not,

i have the latest version of convertxtodvd and i have been converting divx files just fine, but one of them, which is just the same as the other files, will not convert, it says it is unsupported or not a/v file, any ideas on how to convert this?

Full log is needed. That one file might be anything.
