| I am sorry if this ois the wrong place to discuss this but I can't find the right one! Maybe somebody could move it if there is a suitable one? On Feb 18 I bought £46.95 worth of ink from UKDVDR for an Epson Stylus Photo RX600. I have been slowly working through the cartridges with no problems. But today I needed to insert the last three cartridges and was about to order more. But the printer says the cartidges are not recognised! And the printer itself says the cartridges cannot be found - although they are all installed correctly. Could anyone suggest what may have gone wrong because I cannot order more and chance this happening again. |

Hello, I do not have the printer that you do but I do have a highend epson printer. Do your ink cartridges have a "smart chip" on them? A small computer chip on the back side of the ink cartridge? If that chip becomes damaged or has any finger prints on it your computer wont be able to recognize it. I would return those to the place you bought them. Also there are sellers on ebay that have epson compatable cartidges for much less and they are actually better ink.  |

| Thanks guys! Slept on it and woke this morning to try taking out the cartridges and reinserting them. It worked. Down on ink so will order from the link you sent Thanks a lot. |
