Where to buy Taiyo Yuden DVDs

I've found a few places in the US selling Taiyo Yuden dvds, but not under the brands recommended by cdr-zone, namely, Miflop Xtreme and Plextor. I e-mailed supermediastore.com and they said in two separate e-mails that their Taiyo Yuden don't come under a specific brand name and that they are Taiyo Yuden brand and manufactured. There's a lot of stress on not buying fake Taiyo Yuden, so is it assumed that it's fake media unless they say specifically that it is Miflop Xtreme or Plextor. Supermediastore.com even has a whole explanation of how to check if it is real Taiyo Yuden you're buying and stressing that they are authorized Taiyo Yuden dealers. Can they be trusted? So, can anyone recommend a good place ot buy real Taiyo Yuden? thanks.

Hi shooteast and welcome to our forums I understand your wearyness at buying non branded Taiyo Yuden I have checked out the site and I would say these are offical TYs for sure. Miflop Xtreme branded TYs are only available in Europe at the moment BUT they should be of the same grade as the ones u are enquiring about - you just wont get the branded box saying Miflop or the spindle saying Plextor. I am confident Supermediastore are selling genuine TYs Let us know if you have any issues - we are here to help

Correction to last pot: http://www.supermediastore.com/taiyo-yuden-16x-dvd-r-media-silver-inkjet.html These have the same spindle as the plextors I never seen afake looking like this so im sure you are safe and supermedia can be trusted!

I have bought all of my TY from supermediastore.com and have always got the real deal. They have great customer serive too, and fast shipping and at least once a month FREE shipping too. Well they always offer free shippig on something just not always what you want. LOL
