Is my DVD Burner not very popular or something? There isn't many articles about it on Google, and I've been having trouble upgrading the firmware. The Samsung Firmware page doesn't have any firmware for it (Only a Manual). The Samsung Live Update says it's not compatible with the software. And the only Firmware I found on google for it also said it wasn't compatible. Any ideas? This is a brand new 16x DVD Burner that I got in my new computer approximately 3 weeks ago so it definately isn't outdated.

Maybe its a OEM version? Those versions need another FW then the regular ones.
