I have heard of no one complaining of backup problems with this title. There has been several psl2 files posted for it on different forums. To do this title correctly you need to use phase 1 from the wizard in the plugin and follow the instructions step by step and that includes not removing the dvd from the reader before the plugin has completed all phases plus not forgetting to import the psl2 file that the plugin creates for you (two very important steps). Are you using version 2.14 of the plugin and 0.6.3.1 of pgcedit? Regards

I know I have the right version of pgc, but I need to check the plugin ver. As for following the steps, I did them exactly as you described. I will check the plugin when I get home, thanks fixer.

Sorry, one more thing, These tools have worked so good for me for so long, that I have gotten out of browsing the site as often as I used to. Can you give me a link for the PSL forum that you spun off of this site? And maybe refresh me on where the plugin is again.

I closed my site several months back, but there is DVF's site who has the plugin and support. If you have version 2.14 of the plugin it will open automatically when you open pgcedit. To check your version of the plugin click Plugins>PSL2(ARccOS)>Help>About and of course pgcedit displays it's version in the upper left of the program and should be 0.6.3.1 DVF http://forum.digital-digest.com/forumdisplay.php?f=79 Regards

I tried putting a post up, but had a problem. So I am going to make this short. Here is a ripper that can copy Sony DVD's with ArccOS Protection. I tried posting an attachment with the ripper in it, but it woudn't go through. I guess because it is a .eve file. It contains no viruses though. The name of the ripper is DVDFab Decrypter version 2.9.7.7. There is a pay version, but why pay when the free version works. i have copied Hostel and The grudge using this ripper. Hope this helps everyone. Let me know how it has work for you. Bill PS Contact me if this actually posts. My e-mail is bill5martin@aol.com. You can also put me on your yahoo IM list. I can send you the ripper. It is free. Some of the pay versions don't work. I tired them and it wouldn't copy Hostel.

Hey Everyone, I thought I would post the link to the software I mentioned. I had to look it up, because I didn't save where I got it. The link I used it the exact version I used to copy Sony. This ripper has a pay version, which sucks compared to the free one. The best thing is this link is the free one...Smile I have copied Hostel and a few other DVD's using this software. Anyway here is it along with some info. on it. http://www.dvdidle.com/free.htm It copies entire DVD movie to hard disk, and removes all the protections (CSS, RC, RCE, APS, UOPs and Sony ARccOS) It copies every DVD out there right now. Also, it offers free upgrades. I still use DVD Shrink and DVD Decrypter. I use this for Sony mostly. Bill PS Please let me know how everyone else likes the software.

Hostel UR was released yesterday in Belgium. However I can't make a copy of my DVD. I've tried Anydvd, dvdfab decrypter, ripit4me and pgcedit with PSL2 plugin v2.19 and non of them copy the dvd properly. With ripit4me, I continued after it said that my disc could be damaged, and it had copyed everything correctly accept the last chapters of the movie. So what can I try next?
