The first menu of this disc has buttons that become enabled after a few seconds (when the menu writing appears). In the exported version, the button sets are split again and don't appear until about 30 seconds later.

P.S. 3.5 does the same thing, and I can't go back to 3.4.2 because I lost a hard drive about a month ago and my copy of 3.4.2 is keyed for the old drive ...

Can you extract nav-packs from -original-, delete all vob files exept VTS_02_0.VOB, zip and upload it somewhere (say to rapidshare)?
