| You are right there is a TMAPI with entries for each PGC in DRMP generated ifo. But each PGC table is empty and time search will not be enabled.

Basically Rippraff's original does not have TMAP table in the first place, but DRMP generates it with no time map entries. So essentially it is equivalent? FYI, 3.3 to 3.3.2 are fixed for this scenario:
