It pains me to report this. I fear it will sound negative - as if I am denegrating DVDReMake - but that isn't my intent. Please take it as a clinical, unemotional statement, since that is the tone I intend. This morning I finished splitting a disk in DVDReMake (Outlaw Star Vol 2 Disk1). This disk has a complicated menu structure using a whole pile of PGCs. In most cases, each menu page is implemented as 2 or more PGCs (an intro part and a looping part, for example). On the original disk, played on my stand alone, as a menu page transitions from one PGC to the next, the transition plays cleanly with no pause in either video or audio. However, on my DVDReMake export, there is a significant ¼-½ second pause at the transition. This pause happens on each menu, including ones I did not touch. To eliminate the possibility that this is a media or burning related issue, I processed the disk though DVDShrink and tested it. The DVDShrink disk doesn't suffer from these pauses. Note that this problem doesn't manifest on software players. It only seems to affect (probably a small number of) stand alone players. As you may be aware, I also have a playback issue with hidden cells on my stand alone (and thank you again for helping me find a work around). I know it's virtually impossible to fix a problem you can't reproduce. In fact, I don't expect you to even agree that there is an issue based on my say-so alone. I'm posting this message just to raise the possibility of an issue to your awareness, so that if you get other reports you'll be more inclined to believe. If there is anything I can do to help diagnose the issue, let me know. Please be aware though that this is far beyond my level of knowledge; I haven't a clue even where to start on my own.

We do believe all reports we get, always. period. But, as you say, it may be difficult to realize what is the problem and fix it if we can't reproduce reported thing.

Just as with any report, could you please send zip with original and exported ifo files. Most probably problem is in seamless playback flag not set where needed (but can be not as "...I also have a playback issue with hidden cells on my stand alone...")

Sorry. I didn't mean to imply you'd ignore peoples reports. Only that you have no reason to believe that I know what the heck I am doing (in other words, this could be user error). Anyway, the IFO files are on their way.

This is fixed in 1.4.5 Thanks for reporting. Clear description of the problem + needed files help quite a lot in resolving problems.
