PhotoDVD ver 2.0.17.1071 AMD Duron 800, 384 mb RAM Audio breaks up or has static both on DVD and Hard Drive burns. Audio file plays OK in Winamp. Audio file is .WAV I had a similar problem with audio CD burning and found that using a different burning program seemed to fix the problem. Any suggestions? Allan

It seems problem may be with my computer hardware. When I play the dvd, either from hard drive or DVD there is static and some minor cutouts. The odd thing is I believe they are not as bad today as they were yesterday. Even stranger, I thought that I had very bad noise and cutout when I played the DVD on my home entertainment DVD player the other day, but just now I tried and the sound was very good. I am almost positive I did try it on the home DVD player. THe noise and cutout was bad enough that I considered that it would be best to play the DVD on mute. Almost as if DVD disk got better with age! Allan

If the quality of the recording is borderline maybe the player has issues decoding it whilst playing sometimes. main thing is - its working now. Let us know if it returns please and thank you very much for updating us on the issue.

If you want VSO to take a closer look at the matter sent in a message to VS0 using this link, explaining your problem---do know that trying to burn a slideshow from PhotoDVD on to CD will often cause audio problems PhotoDVD out put is meant to be burnt on DVDs only (not CDs) Here is the best way to get support from VSO : http://download.vso-software.fr/vsorep.exe
