On Stealth R1 you do not need to run the remove crap with PGCE and VOBB on this title after the rip. If your rip with DVDD was successful and your playback is 100% okay with a software play such as PowerDVD, then use whatever program you want to edit with as in Shrink, DRMP, Recode, CloneDVD2, or even VOBB. If you continue to have problems then post the log from DVDD here or PM it to me and tell me exactly how you are trying to process your movie and what programs you are using. I think your rip went okay with the psl file from the sound of things. You have apparently done something else afterwards to loose your last few minutes of the movie.

There are several reasons STEALTH will not rip for you. 1) You do not have DVDD settings set to default and I know this becasue of: I 23:45:00 Bad Sector Removal Method: Aggressive default setting is "Normal". With this setting changed you may have other's changed too. 2) Your drive maybe the biggest factor here. I don't know what drive you have but it looks like THIS maybe your drive and if it is then your firmware A04b is waaaaaaaay out of date and needs to be flashed to A080 and you can download firmware from this site. 3) If the above mention in #2 is not your drive then you need to try and rip this DVD in another drive, because your current drive is having problems with VTS_01_5.VOB, VTS_02_1.VOB, and VTS_04_1.VOB which has only CSS protection and DVDD should have no problems ripping. Your drived failed at VTS_01_1.VOB which does have the ARccOS protection, but the PSL2 file would have taken care of that with DVDD. Make sure your disk is clean and no scratches, your firmware is current and DVDD settings are at default and try your rip again. I suspect you are going to have to get a drive like NEC or other top brand names if you are going to get by these ARccOS protected disks without failure like this each time. I have seen Aopen brand drives have these kind of reading problems. Let me know if any of the above mentioned helped.

Thanks for all the help in pointing me in the right direction.

I am glad I was able to help you, but sorry to hear it was drive. I kind of had a feeling that was it. On another note, you got your movie backed up and that's good. Let me know if I can help with anything else. Cheers
