Hi, I have burned six cd's now using divxtodvd registered software, four out of the six movies came out perfect. The other two play fine on the computer using windows media, but jump in my home dvd player. I've had no problem converting and or burning, have no error messages etc. All movies are mpeg format. Can anyone help as to why two of these came out jumpy? Many thanks. Mar |

| I wouls assume you are using Copytodvd as well as Divxtodvd. Open the settings for Copytodvd, click on the Writing Devices tab, set the maximum writing speed for dvd media and set it to a max of 4, 2 is even safer. I have found that no matter what disks you use, when it comes to video the slower the safer. Data burns well at 16x but that speed will end up with poor video burns. I assume it has something to do with the different file systems being used. |
