being a software idiot i got 'one click' - i thot it would be easy - it is never easy.... so, all is installed. i can't use the dvd43 as i am running win98 and they apparently don't play well together; that is why i have decrypter. have managed to crack (?) one dvd and burn a copy just using decrypt - took many hours, but the movie came out fine. i cannot get my one click to recognize decrypted video files that i have put on my hard drive - it says they are still encrypted. anybody know how to get these two together? tried another dvd with decrypter alone but it loaded all the junk on as well as the movie and i ran out of room. anybody need a nice copy of the first 2/3's of point blank? thanks, don e.

Hi deng43 and welcome to our forums. you could try DVDFab Decrypter which should work in 98. This will save the files on the hd for 1click to load. This way is free just like dvd43 is. We fully understand why the 1click author does not allow decrytion ability in his software as it breaks laws in some countries. DVD decrypter is no longer supported and will not always work on the newest dvds.

thanks much for the reply, but i have tried another approach. being a really complete idiot when it comes to making software work i gave up after 10 or 15 hours and went with a friend's suggestion and installed shrink. this software is god's gift to idiots - works perfectly and easily from the very first go; don't even need a manual to figure it out. don e.
