There’s a tiny glitch using “Insert command” now that the Command editor pops up automatically for that function. Inserting the “go to line” command will miss the intended destination (if the destination line is below the command line). The destination line number is not incremented to compensate for inserting the new command line. Paul

Looks like this is fixed in 3.1.4.
