Impossible Shortcuts for non-english users

Hi Dimad, I should suggest to implement a kind of shortcut customization if this not so hard to do. This because 90% of your users are english people (I think) but there's also another 10% that didn't use an English keyboard. Since I'm translating manual, I'm seeing all of shortcut hardcoded in DRM. When I write "impossible shortcut" is because I found a CTRL+SHIFT+< and CTRL+SHIFT+> shortcut (now I don't remember what they do) and for italian people the first is impossible to make. This is because in english keyboard you make < and> with different keys, italian keyboard made < with a key and > with the same key + Shift.
