Is it possible to send PM to multiple recipients, separated by a comma? If not, could this functionality be enhanced? Sometimes there's a need.

I believe you need admin access to do this. I'm not sure that it's a good idea to give everybody this capability, because it would be a great thing for spammers. I have already received spam in my PM. If it were as easy as sending one message, spammers would be writing scripts to mass PM users.
