Question hi newbie here .i am trying the software to see if i can copy movies, so far no luck. can anyone tell me why i am getting this error message /;video packet dropped due to error on frame 10,11,12;etc. help me somebody;please

This error is simply what it says. Videoframe being converted has errors and is dropped. Happens a lot as all encoders are not perfect. Some movies produce hundreds of those, some none.
