can't read memory

Hello!
I finished building my new system last week and promptly downloaded the latest DVDRMP release for the new build. I am receiving the following error report every time I try and do anything with DVDRMP. See attachment. OS is XP Pro, with a Q6600

Has anyone else seen this message.

Any help would be appreciated.

Does this happen only on this system? No problem on other systems you may have? I assume you obtain a new correct CompID for this new system?

This is the only system that I receive this message on. My other system worked just fine. I have however, not used the old system since I built the new last week.

Yes I did get a new compID.

Frankly this is driving me around the bend! I am about to reload windows to see if that will help. Either that or its back to PgcEdit and VobBlanker, both excellent tools but I paid for DVDRMP and I would really like it to work.

How's the memory consumption when running DRMP? Just a wild guess, could it be bad memory card? If all else fails, maybe reinstall windows and run DRMP right off the bat to see if it exhibits the same problem. Other than that, I'm not sure what's going on.

I reloaded window so I can't answer your first question. I ended up loading DVDRMP first and then loaded all my other programs, checking DVDRMP functionality after each new program. The problem crops up after I load a program called Stardock.

Glad you got it working. Oh yeah, Stardock has been known to cause problems. So either disable it or boot into Safe mode when using DRMP.
