Hi there Me again Andre.
I would like to know is there any software that can help with converting NTSC to PAL Video without having to buy the actual hardware. Or does anyone know how to do this, because to capture everything in real time is time consuming. Please HELP!!! |

| ConvertXToDVD (not free) will do it for you no problem, but you will lose the original menus. However, CXD has many templates for you to choose to create a new set of menus. |

| You can't have PAL menus with NTSC movie in the same VTS. It's illegal. Even though it's possible to have a mixture of PAL and NTSC, each in its own VTS, but it's not recommended. For one, the dvd player must support both formats and the TV is able to display both signals. Normally, this is no problem in Europe, but not in the USA. |
