Rendition DVD won't work

Just tried release 130 (latest as of now) full disc mode on Rendition DVD

I got an error box pop up that said:

"Operation failed. An unknown exception occured.
Please report this error to support@dvd95copy.com with the DVD movie name"

(???)

I already sent the entire log file (attached here) and the IFO's I managed to get to the address noted above which I assume is digi.

Update to original posting:

If I try movie-only mode, as soon as you hit the button to start, the entire program just disappears right off the screen. You hear whatever you have stored as your 'critical stop' sound in windows and then "poof" I mean it literally disappears right off the screen. Wild! Never had that happen before. It's a definite issue with trying to rip Title 1. In either full disc or movie only, that's when you have your problems.

(Just tried this same version on Michael Clayton & American Gangster and it worked great.)

It worked using release 133 update just hours ago.
