Hi it has been a while since I used PhotoDVD and I now want to upgrade to latest version but when I try I get an error code
it says
An error occurred while trying to replace the existing file
DeleteFile failed; code 5
Access is denied

Can anyone help

Try with Uninstalling the current version u have, then reboot and install the latest version
