program closes when converting please help!!

ok, i have 24 mkv files im converting and i have got the subs to work by extracting, although they are really fat and kinda hard to understand thats not the main problem.

the problem is when i convert the mkv files around 1.61gig converted the program just closes, i dont know what i can do.
like i leave it converting while i goto bed i wake up and its gone, cept for the folder thats 1.6 gig.

it is only with these certain files though.
never has happend before.
please help!!

If it happens only with certain files - those files are bad. Get good ones.

It would seem some of the files are corrupted and so the conversion is terminated.
This saves system resources. Check your log and see at which point of mkv conversion it occurs.
eg. is it the 10th or 15th file. Once you have identified it, delete it and start conversion again.
