RECEIEVED THIS WARNING ON MY LOG....OVER AND OVER...NEED HELP ON WHAT IT MEANS AND HOW TO FIX IT...ANY HELP APPRECIATED..

READING MEDIA PROFILE HAVE FAILED AFTER 4 ATTEMPTS...

Your burner can not read media profile from inserted DVD.
Get better originals or check that disc/DVD lens is not dirty.
