DVD Jitter on DVD Player but not on PC

I convert my videos to PC via Adobe Premiere and then transfer to DVD using DVD Workshop.
I'm having problems with jitter that shows up at different points depending on which DVD player I use (I've tried up to 5 different ones)
However, it appears that I never get jitter either on my desktop PC or my laptop.
I'm testing with the good quality blank DVD's and have even reduced the quality of the video out to DVD - all to no avail.

Any assistance would be most grateful.

I have the same problem. I capture with virtualdub. I have tried all sorts of variations in the capture settings. I have tried burning the DVDs using different applications.

Have you found a solution?
