ConvertXtoDVD burning coasters, help!

ConvertXToDVD has recently started turning DVD's into coasters and I'm not sure whey. For a long time it has performed flawlessly and never missed a beat until now. I and using a Pioneer 112D flashed with TDB 8.21 firmware and ConvertXtoDVD v2.2.3.258.

It transcodes films perfectly but upon completion of the burn the disk is unreadable.

I have tried:

Taiyo Yuden DVD+R 16x
Verbatim DVD-R 16x
Verbatim DVD-RW 6x
Datawrite DVD+RW 8X

all fail after the burn.

Yesterday I changed my Pioneer for a new one and the same failures happen.

If I use Nero to burn the transcoded files the disks works perfectly so transcoding isn't the problem, burning with ConvertXtoDVD seems to be the issue.

Strange thing is, CloneDVD, Nero 7 and Imgburn all work flawlessly so I'm stuck.

I have uninstalled ConvertXtoDVD and reinstalled it but to no avail. What's next guys?

I think your burning speed is too fast.
I use DVD-RW 3years now.
I always burned at 2X or 4x.
Nothing problems.

That particular model of Pioneer(112D) seems to have issues with CX2DVD's burning component, whereas model 212 doesn't. I would use Nero to burn the CX2DVD vob's until the problem is resolved, maybe version 3?
There are a 1001 combinations of disc's, burners, and players, and this combination is one of those that has issues with Cx2DVD's burning SDK, which VSO is researching.
