Can't Burn

I am new here but I am trying to burn a dvd but it won't. I can convert fine but no burn. I have tried numerous times but no luck. I have also tried different dvd's, burners and deleting and re-installing programs.

Hello,

Convert X is able to identify the dvd media inserted via the disk code but in your case l don't see this in your log.
This may sound silly but do you have a blank dvd in your burner. Try putting the dvd in first then try burning.
Also, is the firmware up to date for your burner, if not your PC may have difficulty recognising the newest and latest disks.
l prefer not to burn result to disk. [unchecked] l burn to hard drive so l can see if l am happy with my production then l
burn to a dvd disk.

Different discs from same pack?
That is not helping at all if those discs are bad.
Try different brands.

you need to update your firmware to fw1.12, in order for your burner to recognize disc's. Go here: http://support.necam.com/optical/downloads/flashfirmware/
