i edit out extra features and disable buttons that reference those extras. When choosing any button the dvd crashes. Even when clicking play. Even if i export the dvd without changing anything when pressing play it still crashes... any ideas WHY? dvd is Cat In the hat PAL R4.

Do a search on the forum, this has been discussed before for other discs. Are you using 2.3.4???

Oh, 2 things: - Is it an original and are you doing all the alterations in DVDRemake? - Try exporting it without altering anything in DVDRemake.

In staid of ripping out the extra's with dvddecrypter, try using the hide block option in DVDREmake instead. See if that will work

The problem then seems to be disc specific, so there doesn't seem to be much help we can give you. The problem will be that it's not a generic disc (as in not to many of us will have it), so no-one will be able to test it out/ reproduce it. In that case Dimad would request all sorts of files for you, to compare original vs. exported, but he's on vacation at the moment. For now, you can try a "test export". I've seen problems where a test export will work while a full export will fail. Seem to help in problem resolution. I don't know if you know newsgroups etc. but otherwise you could make an menu only import in DVDRemake (just copy the main movie files to a different folder), and then upload the import with the other files to a newsgroup. That should only be a couple of hunderd MB Then I(or someone else) could do a reproduction of what happens, and maybe see what goes wrong. Otherwise you probably stuck until Dimad get's back.

Hi spawn, welcome to the forums Smile I'm not a Mod but first off though a friendly hint, there is no need for CAPS LOCK in these forums as it's a chilled enviroment Cool. Mirx is being very helpful and isn't obligated to help you or anyone else so please don't overlook his efforts by asking for others to help as people will help when they can and Dimad isn't around at the moment either Wink before I can help can you tell me which version of DVDRemake you are using please? as you state you are not using 2.3.4.

I have a feeling you are using version 2.2.0.......try the new version as 2.2.0 has lots of issues in it;)

I thought you couldnt export with an unregistered version. Has that changed since the 2.0 series?
