Hello, I recently purchased DVDRemake. I copied my first DVD but I have an issue. I removed all the menus, extras and kept only the movie chapters. After this, I burned it with DVDShrink. This is what is happening: The first chapter runs for few seconds and freezes but the clock is still moving. If I skip to chapter 2 the movie starts from the begin like it would be chapter 1 and continues with no issues. Do you have any idea what could be the problem? Thanks a lot for your help. How did you remove the menu. Did you just hde it entirely or something. Then your lucky your dvd plays at all. A menu norally requires actions invoked by buttons, to continue to the main movie. If you hide the menu those actions never get made. You have to re-link your first play to play the main movie directly.

If I where to make a DVD with only the movie, I wouldn't even do it in DvdRemake.. You could use dvdshrink in reauthor mode to do just that Wink

Hi GarridSG and welcome to the forums Smile it's a little tough to follow your post but can I take it you are removing all the menu's but keeping the main menu and the chapter selection menu? I'm thinking this because if you did remove all the menus then unless you have a DVD that searches for Titles (which I have seen) then it wouldn't play in your options do you have 'bypass hidden parts before export' selected and what is your 'shortest BOV duration' set to? if you are wanting the movie only then does as booster mentions and use Reauthor mode in DVDShrink if you are keeping the main menu then you could try editing the Play button to jump directly to the Movie title/chapter 1 instead
