| ok here it goes, i had converted avi to dvd using CxD 2.2.3.258 with original file burned on the dvd. when i started watching the dvd subtitles were not there. so i copied the original avi to my pc so i could put subs on the avi using Virtualdubmod. VDB didnt pick up the file and gave windows error. then i tried to play the avi with srt in many players like media player, creative, cyberlink dvd none of them played the avi but gave the same windows error. when i play the avi without the srt file or subs file in txt format, avi file plays but when put back the subs , it doesnt play. avi file name and srt file name are the same and i have been doing these conversions for a long time and never had this problem. can anyone suggest what i should do. |

The new subs worked fine.
