DVD-R problems

i am trying to burn an iso file to a blank dvd-r. i put in the disk and nothing happens, no blank dvd windows or anything. so i open the program i am using, magiciso, and it does not see a disk in the drive, what do i do, please help

Hello, you burned to -r before?( and not just +r) if so you could try a dif program and see if it has the same problem.

what op system are you useing? Vista has prob.s unless you turn off the sidebar.
