HI all again. I'm having the same difficulty with play all buttons again on my episode disc of Father Ted Series 3. I've split it over 2 discs, with the first 4 eps and extras on disc 1 and the other 4 eps and the extras on disc 2. I have hidden the necessary buttons on each disc so that you are unable to select an episode that is not on the disc, but I've come up with a problem on disc 2 with the play all button. I want to make it jump straight to episode 5 (which is the first episode on disc 2) but it won't. Looking in remake, I've follwed the playall button, it goes to a short motion clip within the menu itself (I'm sure you know what i mean by that) and then into the main episodes. I just want to change the cmd from the end of the motion clip to link straight to episode 5. The command that is in there is Jump VTS 1 (Exit). I looked at the command using the edit cmd feature and it just say exit/stop playback. How can this be if it actually goes to the first epoisode. I'm stumped but I'm sure this is an easy and common problem for people with less experience like me. I hope someone with probably far more braincells than me knows what I mean by what I just tried to explain and that they are able to help me out. I think I need to point the button in the direction of Title Set 3 PGC #5 (That is the first episode on disc 2) Thanx for any help Wink

you need to add a PGC in the Video Manager Menu's change the play button to point to that instead then edit the command in the Menu PGC to jump to the titleset and whichever title chapter you want that's it in quick form but I will do it properly later if nobody else has by the time I come back Smile

I think I need to point the button in the direction of Title Set 3 PGC #5 (That is the first episode on disc 2)" If there are separate title sets for each episode and each title set has multiple chapters for each episode on disc 2 then the following should work. If the title set only refers to PGCs for each episode, I would have to see what that structure looks like. The motion menu you identify that begins just before playing all of the episodes should have a PGC associated with it (i.e. PGC 1). To go to episode 5, there should be a VTS and Chapter associated with it. Follow MackemX's instructions about adding a menu PGC under Video Manager. In the new menu PGC, add a command that jumps to VTS 3 Chapter 5 for the chapter 5 episode you want to play after the motion menu. Then in the post commands of the motion menu PGC, change the command to "jmp vmg pgc x" where "x" is the new menu PGC number. I assume you want episodes to continue to play after episode 5 and that each of those episodes have a separate VTS and Chapter. You will need additional menu PGCs with the command "jump VTS x Chapter x" for each episode (chapter) on disc 2. In the post commands of the PGC for each episode, add or change the command to "jmp VMG PGC x which will be the menu PGC that will start the next episode you want to start after this episode finishes. This is based on you wanting each episode to continue to play after episode 5 or you wanting to change which episode plays after 5 etc. If you don't have chapters for each episode maybe you can list the pre & post commands from VTS 3 PGC 5 and the "First Play" pre & post commands. It might be necessary to also show the pre & post commands from each episode for me to figure this out.

seeing as the Play All button is the one that is the problem then I'd guess that all the episode/chapter selection menu's etc should be the same as they will already point to the right location but old-hack has expanded it more if you do need to modify them Smile thanks for explaining what I meant eith the menu thing old-hack Smile as my post was probably a different language to most people if you need more help jamangie, then me and old-hack are available for $ per hour as the initial consultation is free Very Happy just kidding of course but come back and tell us either way Wink
