Hiya,

Been using your product for quite some time. After the last update (v3.6.0) every attempt to download yields a corrupt zip file. I'm unable to decompress the file using either WinRAR v3.6 or WinZIP v11 pro. I have double checked my CompID from the "Help/About" from v3.5.3 and I'm using the proper ID on the website. So... after what appears to be a good download I'm unable to use the update.

Info on file:
DvdReMake Pro_3.6.0_R.zip 1,602,554 4/24/2007 9:32:48 AM

Have tried downloading the file from different computer with same results; file will not decompress.

Any Suggestions?

Welcome to the forum, tpdolan

Some versions of IE browsers require to select "open file from current location" and only than "save file to disk". May be this will help.

Thanks for the quick response;

However, still have the same problem when I "Open".

Error Dialog:

Can not open file: it does not appear to be a valid archive.
If you downloaded this file, try downloading the file again.
"OK" "Cancel"

I've used both IE v7.9.5730.11 and Firefox v2.0.0.3

This is the same error as if I download the ZIP directly to disk.
Also... same error even when I have disabled my Firewall (Outpost v3.51.759.6511 (462)) and Anti-Virus (BitDefender v10)

What can I try next?
Thom
