(fixed 3.6.2) Button left/upper location set to 0 after edit

In some circumstances, after editing a menu button that has both ws and p&S cordinates and the left/top(up?) coordinates are the same..ie show up as greyed out in the button edit default view.

Either the left or top locations will be set to zero after editing/exiting the button command. This bug showed up about the time that The default button edit view was changed to "all" ( a smart change otherwise). I think somehow the actual cordinates are being set to the "greyed out" display value. Never happens with right or bottom(down?) co-ordinates.

The only "fix" available to the user is to set the WS and P&s co-ordinates to different values in the rare cases where it happens.

It is easy to set up an example for failure. Best to recreate with a single button on menu.
