is anyone aware of the best software to 1. convert dvds to mpeg4 so I can run them on a website
2. best way to edit a dvd (get certain parts from a dvd)? |

Any DVD Converter can do this.
You can also trim the DVD file. |

I think the ImTOO DVD Ripper is very fit for you.
it could setting the start and duration time, so you could get certain parts from a dvd |

You may try Daniusoft DVD Ripper which fits your requirement.
It could help you convert dvds to mpeg4 with edit function. |
