When I download my version of DVDRemake Pro, Mozilla Firefox saves only the first part of the filename up to the first space. After some browsing around, it seems that this is not a bug in Firefox, but in the server script starting the download. It should give the filename in quotation marks, else a standard compliant browser will have problems. IE seems to have a workaround for this, but it would be nice to fix the server script for the Mozilla users out there.

Interesting. What link you refer to?

I refer to the download button of DVDRemake Pro after entering the computer ID. IE saves the full filename, Firefox stops after the first space and just saves "DVDRemake" without an extension. The topic was discussed e.g. here: http://forum.team17.com/showthread.php?t=17419&page=5

Thanks a lot for detailed info. We've changed the script. Does it make any difference now?

Yep, works ok now. Didn't notice this before because I usually use IE. After yet another security leak in IE I installed Firefox but I'm not using it yet (first I'm gonna format everything).
