im using pgc edit 7.3 and i cant for love or money get the film to back-up has anyone else had any problems? or any other software that willl allow me to make a sucsessfull backup many thanks

i import my psl file but when it runs through again,it finds another i/o error ive never had this happen before someone must have try'd to back it up by now,just need abit of guidance
