error program need's to close putting in blank disc.click ok

Hi All; I have a problem with the copy media to media part of this program only,all other area's ok.when I go to copy music,data,games part.Using a Plextor dvdr px-740a 1.02 drive for source and destination.I insert the disc to be copied click on copy,it reads the disc fine all the way through,I put the blank dvd in the drive close the drive,click ok,and I get error program needs to close.so I close it and exit the program..I restart copytodvd go to copy again,this time I select the image that was made above as source and the blank dvd in the drive as destination,click write and it burns fine.??Man anyone know how to fix this,it's driving me crazy..Should be able to do it all at once from the copy button, read,open insert dvd,close and write. What am I doing wrong if anything?? Anyone have any Idea's.?Ok with CD'rs.Seems only with Dvd's.All latest versions copytodvd 3.1.3 and blindwrite 5.2.23.156. Thanks for any suggestions.
