ok so when i try and convert a film i want i get this messege! please help me! Sad

From the very brief information you provided it seems like thereīs something heavily wrong with the input file, in this case the audio. Would be nice if you could provide a full log and a Gspot scan result screenshot of the source file. And in the future, please refrain from sending unsolicited personal messages asking for help. Itīs quite enough to post your question in the forum. Best regards.

im very sorry mate i was ega to watch a film ive got! how do i tak a full log and a Gspot scan result screenshot of the source file? sorry again mate! Smile

looks to me like the ac3 audio has a delay time set of 1068 ms. So video stream plays for 1068ms and only then is the audio stream playing started. If VSO updated their software to cater for the audio stream delays in AVI`s then there should be no sync problem in your dvd convert. < If the dvd audio IS IN SYNC, I would personally like to know > If your conversion does have sync issues, then check out the stickey post http://www.cdr-zone.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=4588
