| We recently got an HP with lightscribe, with this program preinstalled. It writes CD's OK, but when we went to burn a data DVD it complains that the data is '2.2 gig over' (total is about 2.85 gig). It complains that blank media should be installed, and lists the types, which include several DVD formats, but it does not recognize the blank DVD that was inserted. Thinking that perhaps the disc needed to be formatted first, I looked that up in the on-line help, only to find that the format options screen did not exist ! That is, the Help file describes something that is not in this version of the software. Anybody know what gives here? Can I burn DVDs with this program, or not? Thanks, Mickey |
