Each time I start Copy to DVD I get an error message,
Quote:
access violation at address 0047DD44 in module c2cman.exe. Read of address 00000004
. After I okay it, only three choices of burn are open... Not one for a video DVD The software has just been purchased and installed, along with the reg key.. Any suggestions to help me clear this up, please..?

Hi Graveyard and welcome to our forums I have moved this to the VSO forum for their staff and other users to see. Maybe someone else has encountered this error Smile

Just thinking that may just be the thing to do.... However, if the problem is registry based, would an un- & re-install correct that possible problem, do you think..?

Hi there, Honestly, if the uninstall and reinstall FRESH of v3.1.2 didn't help, I was going to ask you if you are comfortable with the Registry Editor. That was next on my list Smile Then I was going to ask you to delete all traces of VSO Software in the registry, made sure Patin Couffin v1.3? was all uninstalled and all traces removed. Then reboot, and fresh install of v3.1.2 again. If there's still issues, maybe there's something else going on, on your workstation... My 2 cents...
