Hello, I am a newbie here, and wonder if anyone can help me?! I bought a CELLO R100LB today from Somerfield, and connected it up to my combined TV/VCR. I don't have an external arial, so I watch all my channels via my NTL box. I can't get a picture at all - just a horrible noise, and sometimes the sound but no picture. I rang the helpline who just said that DVD Recorders don't work with Combi sets. Does anyone know if this is true? Please help me as I really can't afford to go out and buy a new TV as well. Many thanks to anyone who can give me any info. Very Happy

Sorry just seen your query. I use a DVD recorder (not Cello) with an NTL Box no problem. What make NTL Box have you got - if no make obvious please describe? What connections have you got between NTL box - DVD - TV? Before you had DVD recorder how was NTL box connected to TV - list names of ports. Might be able to help as son also on NTL with different box to me.
